🔁 Refund Policy – Autotronics.ng

At Autotronics.ng, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our business — involving specialized vehicle electronics diagnostics, repairs, and reprogramming — we follow a clear refund and return policy outlined below:

📦 1. Diagnostic Services

  • Non-Refundable. Fees for diagnostic services are non-refundable once the service is completed and a report is provided.

  • If the diagnosis is inconclusive or no fault is found, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be offered at our discretion.

🛠️ 2. Electronic Control Unit (ECU/BCM/TCM) Repairs

  • Refunds are only offered if:

    • We are unable to repair the unit.

    • The unit is returned unused or unmodified by a third party.

  • If repair was successful but the fault persists due to other vehicle issues, we do not offer refunds, but we will retest or recheck free of charge once.

🔄 3. Replacement Units or Parts

  • If a replacement unit is sold, it must be returned within 7 days in original condition for a refund.

  • No refund for damaged, installed, or modified items.

  • A ₦5,000 restocking fee may apply.

📬 4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return postage unless stated otherwise.

🧾 5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at repairs@autotronics.ng with your invoice number, unit ID, and issue.

  • Allow 3–5 business days for review and processing.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account or original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Any tampering, third-party repairs, or water/fire damage after delivery voids eligibility for refund.

  • Custom services (e.g., programming, key cutting, coding) are non-refundable once completed.
